Cytolytic cytostatic factors

The effect on tumor progression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), a peptide produced by macrophages with cytostatic and cytolytic effects, has recently raised concern, since tumor inhibiting and stimulating properties have been identified [85 ]. The best option may be to combine it with other treatments [86 ].
