4 Criteria for acceptable performance of laboratories in proficiency testing 

C-I/DEC.62 adopted by the Conference of the States Parties at its First Session on 22 May 1997 and entitled Criteria for acceptable performance of laboratories in proficiency testing  

Recalling that the Commission, in its PC-XI/17, paragraph 7.2, adopted the document Criteria for Acceptable Performance of Laboratories in Proficiency Testing , 

Bearing in mind that the Commission recommended in paragraph 54.9 of its Final Report that the Conference adopt the above Criteria for Acceptable Performance of Laboratories in proficiency Testing , 

Adopts the Criteria for Acceptable Performance of Laboratories in Proficiency Testing , annexed hereto.

Recalling that at its First Session the Conference of the States Parties adopted the Criteria for the designation of laboratories by the OPCW (C-I/DEC.61), the Criteria for acceptable performance of laboratories in proficiency testing (C-I/DEC.62), and the Criteria for the conduct of OPCW/PTS proficiency testing (C-I/DEC.65, all dated 22 May 1997) ...
