In the United States, the last plant start up was in 1996, but in 2006-2007 some 20 new permit applications were submitted, including one at Calvert Cliffs, Maryland, by UniStar and others by Constellation Energy, Areva (French-German firm), and NRG. In addition, the Tennessee Valley Authority applied to build in Alabama, and Dominion applied in Virginia. The first application to go before the Nuclear Regulating Commission is the NRG plant to be built in Texas.

Returning to the entries in Table 13.5, we see that the principal standard tableaux function is based upon the C state in line with our general expectations for this molecule with three C—H bonds. We considered in some detail the invariance of this sort of standard tableaux function to hybrid angle in our CH2 discussion. We do not repeat such an analysis here, but the same results would occur. As we have seen in Chapter 6, standard tableaux functions frequently are not simply related to functions of definite spatial symmetry. The second and third standard tableaux functions are members of the same constellation as the first, but are part of pure Af functions only when combined with other standard tableaux functions with smaller coefficients that do not show at the level to appear in the table. These other standard tableaux functions are associated with L -coupled valence states of carbon at higher energies than that of S. The fourth term is ionic and associated with a negative C atom and partly positive H atoms. 

When we internalise the crucible in our souls we picture a vessel within our being which is open, allowing impurities or unwanted facets of the work to pass out or to dissipate away, as well as substances and forces to enter in from the universal spiritual. In this sense the crucible in our souls is a chalice, the lower part of which contains and holds a substance or constellation of forces while its upper part is open to universal spiritual influences. Unwanted energies can be allowed to safely flow out of our crucible and dissolve in the universal flow, and in the other direction energies can be gathered from the spiritual and allowed to descend to the bottom of our interior vessel. 

Finally, because of its enormous ability to control emotional and attention/awareness energy, the Sense of identity subsystem can at times constellate the entire structure of consciousness about particular identity patterns, just as can archetypes (in the Jungian sense) arising from the Collective unconscious can. 

An identity state is a specialized version of the ordinary d-SoC, a structure acceptable to consensus reality (ignoring obviously pathological identity states). The extrainformational "This is me" quality from the Sense of identity subsystem added to certain contents/structures constellates the energies of consciousness around them and produces an identity, a rolef21 that a person partially or completely identified with for the time. The identity "eats energy."... 

We are destined to be in a world where disorder or Entropy has to be increased every moment. Free Energy has to be dissipated out continuously to areas, which can absorb it. The Universe was apparently formed by a Big - Bang . The fact that the distant stars and the constellations continuously move away from each other, as also from our world, gives further weight to the thermodynamic principle that the disorder (Entropy) in the universe is constantly increasing. 

Stars use hydrogen as a fuel with which to produce energy. Antares—the brightest star in the constellation Scorpios—is shown. 

There may be problems in interpretation of results. The mechanisms by which enzymes reduce the energy of activation include conformational responses and dynamic fluctuations of the protein. If the crucial movements of the protein atoms are damped at low temperature then the resulting complex may not necessarily represent the constellation of groups in the productive complex. Critical reviews of cryo-enzymology in the crystalline state, together with much practical information, have been given by Makinen and Fink [170], Fink and Petsko [207] and Douzou and Petsko [218].
