Anti-IL-2-receptor (Anti-CD25) antibodies Daclizumab (Zenapax), a hnmanized murine complementarity-determining region (CDR)/human IgG chimeric monoclonal antibody, and basiliximab (Simulect), a murine-human chimeric monoclonal antibody, have been produced by recombinant DNA technology.
