Codes - meaning

C. The samples analyzed must be described in detail. Such descriptions may include the source of the sample, what steps were taken to ensure that it represents the whole (reference SOPs if appropriate), what special coding may be assigned, and what the codes mean. If the codes were recorded in a separate notebook (such as a held notebook), this notebook must be cross-referenced. 

IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods code, as amended.

IMDG Code means the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code for the implementation of Chapter VII, Part A, of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS Convention), published by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London.

There is no ambiguity in the code, meaning that each triplet codes for one amino acid.

The sections contain information about ground and excited states, half-life, isotopic abundance, modes of decay as well as energies and intensities of the emitted radiation. Each of the properties is identified by a special code. Missing codes mean that they are not applicable for that nuclide or that no data for these properties are available. For nuclear masses, systematics on Q values for the different modes of decay, p+Zs ratios, half-lives, conversion coefficients, and X rays, see Chapter 1.2.1, p. 6. 

Parenthesis in sample code means the heat treatment temperature, in C.
