The system parameters are chosen to pick up a regular dynamics (Fig. 3) and a chaotic dynamics (Fig. 4), and the others are T = 400 and a = 1. After packing, the quality of the packed bed must be checked. This can be done by injection of a small pulse of salt or a small organic molecule.
