Diffusive stochastic processes, chaotic

In this lecture we have not invoked the second general mechanism of intrinsic stochasticity in nature, namely chaotic dynamics. It has been shown [43l that the dynamics of certain chaotic maps can be cast in the form of a probabilistic description associated to a diffusion process. It would be very interesting to extend this analysis to wider classes of systems.
