CESQGs

CESQGs are not subject to most of the generator requirements applicable to LQGs and SQGs, but they must identify their hazardous waste, comply with storage limit requirements, and ensure waste treatment or disposal in an on-site or off-site... [Pg.447]

Units burning hazardous waste produced by CESQGs. [Pg.460]

CESQG conditionally exempt small quantity generator... [Pg.1309]

Conditionally exempt small quantity generator (CESQG) Generates less than 220 lb (100 kg) of hazardous waste per month. Generates no more than 2.2 lb (1 kg) of acutely hazardous waste or 220 lb (100 kg) of acutely hazardous waste spill residues) in a calendar month, and never stores more than that amount for any period of time. Never accumulates more than 1,000 kg. No storage time limits. [Pg.237]

Conditionally exempt small quantity generators (CESQGs)... [Pg.497]

It s possible to be both a LQG for regrdar hazardous waste and a CESQG for acutely hazardous waste at the same time, or vice versa. There is no SQG category for acutely hazardous waste. [Pg.497]

Another way to apply the rebuttable presumption is to prove that the used oil was mixed with waste from a Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator. If a CESQG has a listed waste (even an FOOl) that caused the 1000 ppm to be exceeded, you have rebutted the presumption and the mixture is just used oil. [Pg.529]
