Cellulose ion-exchange powder

Cellulose ion-exchanger powders have been used for column-chromatographic separation of proteins, enzymes and numerous other biochemically interesting materials, since the fundamental work of Peterson and Sober [516] in 1956. Ion exchangers in a form suitable for TLC have been available for some years also. The types commercially available at present are listed in Table 9. [Pg.36]
