Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, Pasteurella haemolytica, P. aeruginosa, V. cholerae and Y. enterocolitica [156-158,164]. 

In Brachyspira hyodysenteriae (formerly Serpulina hyo-dysenteriae) isolates, resistance to clindamycin was associated with a transversion mutation in the nucleotide position homologous with position 2058 of the E. coli 23S rRNA gene (54).

One would anticipate that if dietary CLA polarized the immune type response toward cell mediated immunity (Th-1), then protection against infectious disease would be improved.
