This company founded in 1994, is a contract molecular biology and screening service company for the pharmaceutical, research, and clinical markets worldwide. Custom services include gene synthesis, DNA sequencing, site-directed mutagenesis, nucleic acid purification, and genotype/genetic analysis. 

Multiple Parallel Synthesis (MPS) is typically carried out in a plate containing a matrix of 8 x 12 wells. It is typical for each well to contain a different combination of reactants (say an acid and an amine). Since the number of outcomes is then restricted (to say 96 amides) it could reasonably be argued that a full analysis of individual spectra need not take place in order to validate the plate for further work. Indeed, it may well be that the plate is destined for high throughput (biological activity) screening, and only hits from that process would then warrant a more rigorous approach. 

Applications On-line SPE-GC and SPE-GC-MS couplings find wide application for sample cleanup of biological, environmental and industrial analysis of aqueous samples [67]. SPE-GC-AED/MS is ideally suited for the (nontarget) screening of hetero-atom-containing compounds in aqueous samples, and allows confirmation plus identification in one run [68]. Specific applications of hyphenated SPE-GC systems for polymer/additive analysis were not identified.
