Bhopal-like incident

If OSHAs Process Safety Management and the EPA s Risk Management Planning regulations work to prevent the ghosts of victims of any Bhopal-like incident from whispering Too late. Too late, then these two regulations and their requirements will have more than amply demonstrated their real worth. 

The Bhopal incident was the first case of mass exposure of humans, animals, and vegetation to MIC. Several factors influenced the toxicity of MIC, such as the living conditions of the victims.
