Heat the mixture of items 1-5 and item 6 separately to about 80°C. 

Add item 6 to the obtained solution step 1 mixture of items 1-5 with rigorous stirring. 

Heat items 7 and 8 until the active ingredient is dissolved, mix with step 2 and continue to stir during cooling to room temperature.
