BALTIC Atlas Data

The BALTIC (Baltic Atlas of Long-Term Inventory and Climatology) data set, version 1, [Pg.655]

TEMP monthly.asc is the main data file, containing the time series 1900-2005 of monthly mean values over each 1 °x 1 °x 10 m BALTIC grid cell, together with minimum, maximum, root mean square and sample count. It is a large plain ASCII file structured as shown in Table 11.10 in Chapter 11. [Pg.656]

TEMP climate.asc is the mean seasonal cycle computed from TEMP monthly.asc by averaging over all available years for the particular month and BALTIC cell. [Pg.656]

TEMP maps.pdf is a set of 13 spatial maps showing the surface values from TEMP -climate.asc printed onto the Baltic Sea contours for convenient lookup. It is not available for DOXY and HSUL. [Pg.656]

TEMP bnd.txt contains the plausibility limits used for error-checking the original data. It is not available for HSUL that is included in DOXY bnd.txt by negative limits. [Pg.656]
