Artefact Inspection and Review

In a complex environment like healthcare delivery, often the key to good requirements is the provision of context and background. For example, suppose functionality is required to book an urgent appointment for a patient. One could leave the requirement at a high level but more information and context will likely result in an improved design. Perhaps urgent appointtnents occasionally need to be booked in 

Inspections need not be limited to the system s requirements, in fact any artefact which is human-readable can be subject to analysis. For example
