Allison, A. C., and Byars, N. E. (1986). An adjuvant formulation that selectively elicits the formation of antibodies of protective isotypes and of cell-mediated immunity, J. Immunol. Meth.. 95. 157-168. [Pg.316]

Hui, G.S., Hashimoto, C.N. Adjuvant formulations possess differing efficacy in the potentiation of antibody and cell mediated responses to a human malaria vaccine under selective immune genes knockout environment. Int Immunopharm 8 (2008) 1012-1022. [Pg.318]

Antibody-producing cells are induced in mice by a series of i.p. injections of POase (20 fig) emulsified with an equal volume of Freund s complete adjuvant (Section 5.3.3.1). The final injection (3 days before removal of spleen) is given i.v. (200 fig POase in saline). The preparation of hybridomas and the selection and propagation of cells producing monoclonal anti-POase antibodies are by the methods given in Section 5.5. [Pg.276]
