Alignment material process

The coefficents of thermal expansion of mineral fillers are considerably less than those of thermoplastic polymers and thus their incorporation can significantly reduce that of a composite material. This is a generally useful effect. High aspect ratio fillers, when aligned by processing, will often give rise to anisotropic effects, leading to problems of warp age [69]. 

Agile networks are built to align materials suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers to a demand signal. An agile network starts with the design of the network for pull-based replenishment, and is continually refined through New Product Development and Introduction processes. 

The rubbing machine is covered with a hood, and an exhaust fan is used to prevent the diffusion of the dust from the rubbing cloth and alignment material. After the rubbing process, a cleaning process is used to wash away particles of the rubbing cloth and alignment material from the surface of the substrate. 

Since bits of the rubbing cloth and pieces of alignment material are embedded on the substrate by the rubbing process, a cleaning step is required after rubbing. The substrates are cleaned by using a normal process with purified water and ultrasonic vibration, and then dried. 

Both the coating of the alignment material and the alignment processes can be freed from any mechanical contacts by using this technique.
