Trust and Agency Services in the Debt Capitai Markets... 

This chapter is an account of trustee and agency services that are required to support proper functioning of the debt capital markets. A distinction will be made between responsibilities of a trustee, and the other services offered by trust banks, known as agency services, to support debt markets structured products. The purpose of this chapter is to give the reader a broad understanding of the work undertaken by trust banks and how these services relate to the structures themselves. It should be noted that while many of these services are offered globally, the focus of this chapter is primarily on the European structured finance market.

Examples include Sure Start children s centres and Extended Schools that offer access to a range of integrated, multi-agency services. 

Check out referral procedures and systems of the various agencies/services. Use this information to shape the provision in school and to ensure that the various systems complement, not duplicate, each other. 

In many cases schools are thwarted in their attempts to engage outside agency services because of the procedures that many have to go through to obtain a referral. While it is appreciated that schools will have different thresholds/tolerance and skills in working with pupils who have a range of barriers to learning, it is important for specialist services to realise that many schools are developing substantial capacity to meet these pupils needs and want a fast and appropriate response when a difficult problem occurs. 

Primary emphasis is placed on disseminating ACRP results to the intended end-users of the research airport operating agencies, service providers, and suppliers. The ACRP produces a series of research reports for use by airport operators, local agencies, the FAA, and other interested parties, and industry associations may arrange for workshops, training aids, field visits, and other activities to ensure that results are implemented by airport-industry practitioners.
