Accuracy reporting

The coefficient o, is either calculated from two densities of sufficient accuracy reported at different temperatures, preferably by the same investigator, or estimated by examination of the coefficient of expansion of similar compounds obtained from a least squares calculation. The constant term then results from equation (1.17) after eliminating values with large uncertainties... 

In multivariate calibration, accuracy reports the closeness of agreement between the reference value and the value found by the calibration model and is generally expressed as the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP, as described in section 4.5.6) for a set of validation samples ...

By default, secondary stmcture prediction accuracies reported here are determined with DSSP as the reference (for details see Ref. 26). The secondary stmcture assignments used in the actual calculation differ from the original predictions in that helices and strands of less than three residues are eliminated. N- and C-terminal loops are deleted. 

Li and Tan [23] describe similar pruning heuristics in their SmartInjector tool. They provide a slightly better experiment count reduction than Relyzer, but otherwise share the aforementioned drawbacks, including the single focus on SDCs, and a fixed tradeoff between accuracy (reportedly 94 % on average) and pruning effectivity.
