Warehouse stage

The drafting of the Priority of Payments is probably the clause that will take the most time for the documentation of the Exchangeable Notes. In addition to the Priority of Payments clause determining what would occur if the Final Notes are not issued and the collateral needs to be realised, two additional waterfalls will be necessary, one to determine what to do with the interest paid in the Collateral Debt Securities during the Warehouse Stage on the Final Closing Date, the second to determine what to do with the proceeds from the issuance of the Final Notes (see below). 

Good, microbiologically clean product can be spoiled at the final stage by filling into contaminated packaging. Metal cans, brought in from a cold warehouse to a warm factory... 

The family farm model is based on family farmers, scattered across the landscape. Each producer must comply with Grade A and Interstate Milk Shippers (IMS) requirements, and have the capacity to store four milkings of milk between pickups. The milk is loaded on insulated tanker trucks, and taken to a plant within a 100-mile radius of the farm. At the plant it is segregated, and produced into a variety of organic products. The plant/facility also must undergo certification. The product is then aged, staged, consolidated, and subsequently shipped to a consolidation warehouse across the country for distribution and sale (see Fig. 8.1). 

Many companies, however, proceed directly to three-batch formal validation without stage III prevalidation work and often complete formal trials prior to preapproval inspection. The downside of this alternative strategy is that finished production batches often remain in the warehouse beyond their approved expiry dating period. 

Incoming data from operational systems as well as those from external sources, collectively referred to as source systems, are stored in a data staging area. Several modules support the sorting, categorization, transformation, combination, and dereplication of data stored in the staging area to prepare them for use in the data warehouse. The data staging area does not provide any query or visual representation of data. 

Whether the warehouse is in the planning stage or a fully operational facility, chemical identity is usually the first of many considerations in a comprehensive risk assessment.

The data staging area is the data warehouse workbench. It is the place where raw data are brought in, cleaned, combined, archived, and eventually exported to one or more data marts.
