The capacitance probes were installed in the single-phase flow test setup as shown by Fig. 1. The volumetric quality of the fluid was measured at the beginning and at the end of the test section. The capacitance probes were preceded by a pressure—temperature measuring section thus, the condition of the fluid with regard to the vapor pressure curve was known.
