Virtual true negative

The charge, scalar potential, and dipole are all true negative 4-resistors of extraordinary magnitude. They order the virtual state energy flux of the vacuum, and bridge the gap between virtual and observable state, extending into the entire macroscopic universe level.

Why add insult to the financial injury they suffered to pay an attorney to obtain a patent in the first instance The United States Patent Office has already extracted its pound of flesh before the citizen is granted a patent, and it costs the Patent Office virtually nothing to maintain a patent once it is granted. Environmental restrictions and new patent laws have all but pushed individual American inventors completely out of the patenting process.
