Lightly toss frisee with sherry vinaigrette, making small nests on the plate. 

Layer the tomatoes with a small amount of sherry vinaigrette.

This vinaigrette works especially well with the nuts, seeds, and fruit that adorn this salad. 

Combine the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously to combine. 

Place the greens in a large bowl with the pecans, pumpkin seeds, apple, and raisins. Add about half of the dressing and toss thoroughly. Add more vinaigrette if needed. Serve immediately.
