VELPAR®, hexazinone

Hexazinone. Hexazinone was introduced in 1974 by DuPont under the trade name Velpar and became important for postemergence use in plantation crops and forestry. Hexazinone is sold in more than 30 countries, with the top five being Brazil, United States, Australia, Mexico, and South Africa. [Pg.39]
