The following hazards may be associated with, or present in, a confined space that could be a part of the warehouse environment  [Pg.319]

Oxygen deficiency is one of the primary causes of approximately 50 percent of all confined-space fatalities. OSHA has established a safe oxygen range for confined spaces without the use of auxiliary air supplies. These levels are 19.5 to 23.5 percent.
