Two-Step Deposition Method

Forder et al. [70] have successfully prepared superparamagnetic conductive polyester textile composites (polypyrrole and magnetite on polyester textile fiber substrate) by a two-step deposition method, i.e., magnetite deposition and PPy deposition.

Deposition of the monolayer from the glycerine subphase has not been achieved so far due to the viscosity of the glycerine. However, a two-step deposition method indicated in Figure 14.14 was applied to A/-octadecylpryidinium-(TCNQ)i 45 salt and the conductive LB films were successfully deposited.
