Auch vom Centaur Xj (XCVI) leiten sich mehrere sauerstoffhaltige Derivate ab, die aus sehr verschiedenen Vertretern der Compositen iso-liert wurden. Aus Tridax trilohata gewinnt man das Acetat XCVII, den entsprechenden Alkohol XCVIII, das cis-Isomere XCIX und die cis, trans-isomeren Aldehyde C und Cl 30). XCVIII kommt auch in einer Isostigma-Art 15) und C in Carduus-Arten vor.
