Translational number

Greece (Translation) Number 1437/89 Approval of the amendment of the article 44 of the Food Code in compliance with the directive nr. 88/388/EEC (Official Gazette of the Greek Republic, Athens, 17. September 1990, 2nd issue, edition Nr. 599). 

Small numbers and percentages are the enemies of data analysis. The two often go together because people translate numbers into percentages, and so can hide the fact that the original data came from a very small population. Thus a change in accident rate of 33% can sound impressive until it is realised that this is a decrease from 15 accidents to 10 in one year which may not be statistically significant.

The length or dimension of the RDF code is independent of the number of atoms and the size of a molecule, unambiguous regarding the three-dimensional arrangement of the atoms, and invariant against translation and rotation of the entire molecule.

Each bin is connected to a memory location in a computer so that each event can be stored additively over a period of time.
