Theta-JC tester

Every active device has a temperature-dependent parameter that can be used with the theta-JC tester to directly measure thermal resistance. These parameters are listed in Table 3.5. A typical circuit for measuring the thermal resistance in a junction diode is shown in Figure 3.26.
