Synthesis of a Man-p-(l,2)-Glu disaccharide via the acid catalysed coupling of a glycosyl phosphate with a C-2 glucosyl acceptor [55].

Experimental procedure. Safety glasses should be worn during the experiment and aU manipulations should be performed in a fiime cupboard.
