There are no inflection in temperature dependences of the conductivity for Ri xSrxp3 x (R = Tb, Ho, Y, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 0.04 x 0.33) having the hexagonal structure I. The Ea values of the conductivity of these nonstoichiomettic phases with high concentration of anion vacancies are in the range 0.581(5)—0.646(2) eV [84].
