T = absolute temperature. The control system requires the values of T and AT obsei-ved during the first minutes of operation to be stored as the basis for the above calculation of end point. Induced-draft design provides more even distribution of air across the bundle, since air velocity approaching the bundle is relatively low. This design is better suited (or exchangers designed for a close approach of product outlet temperature to ambient-air temperature. 

From air-water vapor-mixture tables, the enthalpy hi of the ambient air at 78 F wet-bulb temperature is 41.58 Btu/lb.
