Support resources team selection

Each additional team will require its own resources, so the number of teams one area can support may be limited. In addition to specific skill sets, successful iGEM team members are also required to exhibit considerable initiative, ingenuity, and innovation, so selecting for these personality traits may as important as good grades and experience.
