Supervisors Ten Commandments of Safety and Health

Supervisors have a key role to play in the safety and health of the workplace. They mnst make an effort as a role model for safety and health to all others. Their commandments are as follows  

Care for your charges at work as you would care for your family at home. Be sure each one understands and accepts personal responsibility for safety and health. 

Know the rules for safety and health that apply to the work that you supervise. Never let it be said that one of your charges was injured or became ill because you were not aware of the precautions required on their job.
