Super Sub -critical Fluid Chromatography

The columns used in SFC may in principle be the same as in HPLC. Some kinds of detectors impractical for HPLC (for example, flame-ionization) can be used in SFC. Application of Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry and evaporative light scattering detectors may also appear easier in SFC than in HPLC. [Pg.124]

Although CyD-based CSPs do not dominate in SFC enantioseparations with packed columns, there are some applications reported also with this kind of material [38]. [Pg.124]
