Gimarc et al. have calculated topological resonance energies for a series of sulfur-nitrogen rings and have suggested that the hypothetical species should be planar and aromatic <85rCA105>. 

A long O- -Sn bond (2.822 A) indicating secondary interaction, has been observed in a self-assembled trimethyltin derivative, 98, of a sulfur-nitrogen ring [256].
