Sulfur-Nitrogen Rings Containing Exocyclic Oxygen

1-Trimethyl-iV-sulfinylsilanamine is a slightly air-moisture sensitive yellow liquid and is best stored under nitrogen in a greaseless Schlenck flask. It is soluble in most organic solvents but decomposes in alcohols.
