Using the algorithm of Theorem 6.2.2, in [DeStOOb], all elliptic isohedral polycycles were found (see Figure 6.1) 11 finite ones, 7 infinite ones with strip groups, and a (5,3)-polycycle with Aut P) = T (2,3, oo).

The general theory behind the process is that the hypohalite will convert the amide to a haloamide. This then spontaneously changes to the isocyanate when heated and decomposes to the amine from the water present. In effect, all that happens is that a Carbonyl (CO) group is stripped off the starting amide to yield the corresponding amine. Laminated Strand Products. The most recent developments in the family of wood-based composites are a group of laminated strand products, made with strands oriented in the long direction of the product and marketed as stmctural composite lumber. One product is made with long, narrow strips of softwood veneer. RoUer-top cards have five to seven sets of workers and strippers to mix and card the fibers carried on the cylinder. The multiple transferring action and re-introduction of new groupings of fibers to the carding zones provides a doubling effect which enhances web uniformity. Stationary-top cards have strips of metallic clothing mounted on plates positioned concavely around the upper periphery of the cylinder. The replacement of the hydrogen of the methylo1 compound with an alkyl group renders the compound much more soluble in organic solvents and more stable. The product can be examined for purity by proton magnetic resonance or by gas chromatography. The submitters have used XF-1150 columns successfully. Columns with polar sites will strip silyloxy groups from the bis(silyloxy) compounds and are unsatisfactory. 

PPO forms one of a group of rigid, heat-resistant, more-or-less selfextinguishing polymers with a good electrical and chemical resistance, low water absorption and very good dimensional stability. This has led to a number of applications in television such as tuner strips, microwave insulation components and transformer housings. The excellent hydrolytic stability has also led to applications in water distribution and water treatment applications such as in pumps, water meters, sprinkler systems and hot water tanks. It is also used in valves of drink vending machines. 

For new towers, the designs will usually develop to utilize the entire tower cross-section. However, for existing towers with perforated trays being installed to replace bubble caps or packing, the optimum active tray area may not utilize the entire cross-section. If the number of holes required is small compared to available area, it is better to group the holes on 2.5 dg to 3.5 do than to exceed these limits. Holes separated by more than 3 in. are not considered effective in tray action so necessary for good efficiency. Blanking strips may be used to cover some holes when more than required have been perforated in the tray. 

A characteristic of the group (a) of resins is that they air-dry solely by solvent evaporation and remain permanently solvent soluble. This fact, combined with the need to use strong solvents, makes brush application very difficult, but sprayed coats can be applied at intervals of one hour. A full vinyl system such as (o) possesses excellent chemical and water resistance. Many members of group (o) have very poor adhesion to metal, and have therefore been exploited as strip lacquers for temporary protection. Excellent adhesion is, however, obtained by initial application of an etching primer the best known of such primers comprises polyvinyl butyral, zinc tetroxy-chromate and phosphoric acid.
