Stat/Transfer

Various computer software and programs have been developed and used to simplify the transformation, manipulation, and analysis of trial data, to speed up and increase the accuracy of reporting the trial s hndings. If data are collected in a format other than that required by the analysis software, the data must be transformed. There are several data conversion software packages that can be used to transform the collected data from the original format to the analysis format. Examples of these include DBMSCopy and Stat/ Transfer. 

OPP scientists evaluated PDF submissions and supplemental files. For a pilot electronic data submission, OPP discussed the content of supplemental files with the registrant interested in providing an electronic data submission and worked on the data fields of interest for several toxicology studies. OPP evaluated SAS-XPORT (SAS Transport) files as a neutral file format for data tables. Two programs were evaluated by OPP DBMA Copy and Stat Transfer, which will transfer the data from the SAS-XPORT format into a format usable by the reviewer. 

Electronic Data Analysis Training. Instructs reviewers on how to access NDA data in SAS Transport format via the EDR and to convert the files to formats that can be used with a variety of software packages. NDA Electronic Data Analysis Training (NEDAT) incorporates the use of the SAS System Viewer, Stat/Transfer, and JMP to convert the data and perform basic analysis. Additional introduction to JMP courses that discuss analysis of adverse events, exposure, efficacy, lab, and demographic data are also available.

However, STAT-4 KO mice, which produce primarily a Th2 response (because they have reduced IL-12 signalling), have not been used in studies on cestode establishment and growth. Let us examine somewhat generally the behavior of a typical system undergoing reaction at constant volume in a flask whose walls are thermo-statted. Typical representatives of in situ operating Instruments without final transfer are those of the ASTRA (Automated STAT/Routlne Analyzer) series (Models 4 and 8), marketed by Beckman and featuring four or eight measuring cuvettes. STAT dimers bind to an adaptor protein called importin 5a. This complex is then transferred to the nucleus via the nuclear pore complex. Upon arrival in the nucleus, the STAT dimers are released from importin 5a through the action of Ran that is a GTP-binding protein related to Ras.

One of the first works reported on the synthesis of stats using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was the preparation of 3-arm PMMA star homopolymers with a ttifunctional didilor-oacetate initiator using RuCl2(PPh3)3 in the presence of either A1 (OiPr)3 or Al(acac)3 (acac acetylacetonate) as catalyst. Both aromatic and aliphatic analogues of the initiators were examined. The stars were characterized by SEC and NMR spectroscopy. The polydispersity indices obtained were rather low (1.2-1.3). It was found that when AI(OiPr)3 was used, deviation from the theoretical molecular weight was observed. Reactions in the presence of Al(acac)s avoided this problem. NMR smdies determined that the more basic Al(OiPr)3 promoted a transestetification reaction with the initiator, which altered the acmal monomer-to-initiator ratio and poisoned the catalyst.
