Standard states overall view

Many previous studies of proteins have been done from a physics point of view. The standard approach is to assume an overall attractive short-range potential that serves to lead to a compact conformation of the chain in its ground state. In the absence of amino-acid specificity or when dealing with a homopolymer, the ground... [Pg.237]

Quality control is defined as an overall system of technical activities that measures the attributes and performance of a process, item, or service against defined standards to verify that they meet the stated requirements established by the client or customer.
