Sponsored emails You can work directly with a vendor to send an email ceunpaign to their database on your behalf. Just be sure you choose a reputable vendor or organization that has a high-quality database. 

Make sure you think about your event promotion in a multi-touch fashion — that is, make sure you include email, social, direct mail, PPG, and more to get the most bang for your buck. But remember to take into consideration what sort of event you are hosting or sponsoring as you create your plan — not all promotional tactics make sense for all events.
