SPLICE program

To exploit the results of a pharmacophore generation, Ho and Marshall developed the SPLICE program. This as.sem-bles and prunes partial queries, which match different phar-macophoric elements and have overlapping bonds, into novel ligands, HOOK, a procedure developed by Eisen et al finds molecular frameworks, defined in a database, which can form sensible bonds to the functional fragments that result from the application of MCSS.
