Sucrose solution 0.25 M Tris-EDTA Pancreatic RNAase solution [Pg.163]

25 M Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 0.25 M-EDTA Dissolve pancreatic RNAase in Low Tris buffer to give a concentration of lOmg/ml. Boil for 2 min. and store at —20°C. [Pg.163]

Dissolve in H O to give a concentration of 10 mg/ml. Handle only with gloves. [Pg.163]

2% solution of 5-chloro-4-bromo-3-in-dolyl-/3-D-galactoside in dimethyl-for-mamide. Protect from light and store at [Pg.163]
