Small fuel cells hardware

According to these calculations, the option of applying fuel cell cascades in order to increase the electric power output and thereby increase the system efficiency is an interesting option. The main pieces of hardware at the sites were the fuel cell, and a small battery array, which were housed in indoor enclosures with external venting of the heat produced. The hydrogen was stored externally in high-pressure storage vessels, each containing 108 Nm H2 at standard temperature and pressure (STP). In addition to these, standard safety equipment was also installed.
