Therefore, in this increasingly multicultural world we live in it is essential to make efforts to accomplish an effective integration of universalism (which facilitates professional communication across the continents) and local realities and needs (which evidence the patient s singularity in his or her particular context) (Mezzich etal, 2003). 

Although the reactivity function obtained above is of quite general validity, we do not believe that just one such simple, singular function will describe chemical reactivity in a universal manner. Similarly, time may have no end. If the universe eventually contracts back on itself, it may never get to the final singularity because time will become imaginary again.
