Shape identity

Consider the pair of molecules, heptane and dipropyl ether. By any criteria, we would say that the shapes were very similar, though not identical. As derived so far, each k, k, and value would be the same for this pair of molecules, implying shape identity. An additional consideration is necessary if we are to quantitate shape attributes where there are major differences in atoms and/or hybrid states. An approximation of shape equality between cyclohexane and benzene is probably not adequate for many structure-activity analyses. Some account must be taken of the fact that different atoms make different size contributions to a molecule, thereby influencing its overall shape. 

The semitransparency of such photomasks is reached by the shape identity of the elements of electroless plated upper NiP layer and of the vacuum, plated lower Si layer. Symmetry of the elements in upper and lower layers coincides. However, the area of upper NiP elements is less than that of elements of the lower silicon layer.

It is also of interest that the coefficients in the asymptotic flux are almost identical in the two cases. Moreover, the stable periods are almost the same. Thus, not only are the asymptotic shapes identical, for all practical purposes,...
