Synthesis Methods and Applications of 3D0M Perovskite Mixed Metal Oxides 

Preparation methods are summarized in Table 6.1, and described as follows. BaTiOs 

Qiu s group reported that 3DOM Er- and Yb-doped CaTiOs was obtained using a precursor solution of Ti(OBu)4 and nitrate salts of Ca, Er, and Yb in EtOH (entry 4) [15]. The solution was infiltrated in voids of the PS template, and calcination of composite at 670 °C in air produced 3DOM Er- and Yb-doped CaTiOs. They reported reduction of upconversion emission if the photonic bandgap overlaps with the Er emission band. 

Caruso s group reported that 3DOM LiNbOs was obtained using a LiNb(OEt)6 solution in EtOH obtained by mixing of 1 1 mixture of LiOEt and Nb(OEt)s (entry 11) [26]. We reported that 3DOM LaMn03 was prepared using La(N03)3 2ind Mn (N03)2 dissolved in ethylene glycol-MeOH mixed solution (entry 14). Infiltration of the solution and subsequent calcination at 700 °C produced 3DOM LaMnOs [30].
