Selection of phage antibody libraries by panning on immunotubes [Pg.71]

Rinse the tube three times with PBS and block the tube by filling it to the brim with PBS contaming 3% (w/v) skimmed milk powder and incubating for 1-2 h at 37 C If the antigen is tmstable at 37 °C block at room temperature for 2 h. [Pg.71]

Rinse the tube by completely filling it ten times in PBS containing 0.1% Tween 20, then ten times in PBS using a wash bottle. [Pg.72]

Elute the phage which have bound to the tube by adding 1 ml of freshly made 100 mM triethylamine and incubating at room temperature for 10 min. [Pg.72]
