Science, basic enrichment

Proper basic knowledge in science in association with GLP data-collection standards helps to achieve research integrity and success. It is expected that all workers, organizations, and industries adhere to GLP standards for study documentation, sample handling, data management, and reporting. Only the use of GLP and manpower together can enrich chemical safety for the improvement of human health and safety worldwide. 

Determination of macromolecules conformations is one of the basic problems of science about polymers. Simultaneously with development of theory [4-6] the perfection and enrichment of experimental methods of determination of macromolecules conformations in various phase and aggregate states occurs. However the method of neutron scattering was almost the only one method allowing reliable determination of polymer chains conformation in solid amorphous state until now [7], Not long ago they begun to use with this aim also the method based on measurement of rate of electron excitement transfer between molecules of chromophores covalent bonded with polymer chain [8],... 

The broad canvas of peptide science is indebted both to its early pioneers and to the numerous international investigators who enrich this exciting discipline. The thoughts and expertise of some of these noteworthy scientists, collectively located across three continents, are represented here. The gregarious nature of the peptide science community is particularly impressive, and I am pleased that several close colleagues were able and willing to contribute to this volume. My intention, as editor of Peptide Synthesis and Applications, is to present the basic methodologies of contemporary peptide synthesis and to provide examples of the numerous applications that employ peptides as unique and essential materials. 

It was made clear in the whole symposium that food science has broadened its spectrum of subjects and points of view, from basic to applied aspects, from macroscopic to microscopic and molecular phenomena. The combination of efforts from several disciplines has also advantageously enriched the knowledge on water and its relationships with food components.
