If your facility uses common group scheduling software, it can be relatively easy for the team to put regular meetings on their calendars and know who is available for the various meetings that may be needed. 

In plants with fewer personnel resources, some PSSR team members may very well be the same people participating in the project team for the trigger event being reviewed.
